The Irish Colleen

Each year a SaPaDaPaSo Irish Colleen is selected by an independent judge (outside of SaPaDaPaSo) who reviews the application responses and selects a winner.  The Colleen represents SaPaDaPaSo in the parade and carries on a tradition that started in 1992.
