Agreement to Parade Rules*

1. All entries must have an Irish theme. Get creative! You have an opportunity with this being a stationary parade to make a visually amazing entry!

2. No candy, paper, beads, or other items can be handed out. If you have something you would like spectators to receive, we will work with you! In order to keep traffic flowing, we will be handing out swag bags at the END of the parade. We can add anything you’d like handed out in the swag bags!

3. We ask that each entry stays within your allocated space. No walking between entries will be allowed.

4. No alcohol will be allowed on the grounds.

5. Masks are optional when participants are in their allocated space. Walking to and from your space or to the restroom, all participants must wear a mask.

6. Participants must obey SaPaDaPaSo parade Marshals and security.

7. Participants must not entice spectators to stop their vehicles for any reason.

8. Participants will be allowed entrance to Hawkeye Downs for set up at 10 AM.

9. All participants must be set up by 1 PM. No exceptions. We will accommodate media and judging between 1 PM - 2 PM.

10. The drive-thru parade ends at 4 PM. No participants will be allowed to leave before 4 PM due to the expected flow of traffic. No exceptions.

11. Spots for the parade are limited. A selection process may be implemented if we receive a large number of entries. The more creative and visually appealing your entry is, the better the chance of being able to participate. All entries not accepted will receive a full refund.

12. If selected, SaPaDaPaSo will dispatch a spot number to each entry in advance.

13. Failure to comply with the rules will result in ejection from the event and potential denial of involvement in future SaPaDaPaSo events.
